The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1999) require that you provide “competent assistance” which means you have a legal duty to ensure you have someone, who is competent in H&S, to provide support and advice to you and your staff.

I provide a complete service that will supply all levels of support and advice to both you and, if required, your staff. In my previous working positions I have been responsible for the complete management of H&S on behalf of the Senior Executives and I am very comfortable with dealing with all levels of Management and staff.

Full reporting systems can be provided to fit in with your statistical analysis framework from which information can be taken that will comply with the requirements of the Health and safety at Work Act.
