My philosophy is to meet and exceed your expectations. I generally provide the training in your own premises, so that the subject can be made site-specific as I find that people tend to learn more effectively when they can relate what they are learning to what they actually do in practice. I promote active learning wherever possible and delegates get the opportunity to put the theory into practice, but in the safe environment of the classroom. This will give them the requisite knowledge and confidence to use their newly-learnt skills when they have finished the course. Here are some of the courses that can be provided.
