There is a tremendous amount of Legislation covering safety, all equally important, but too many to mention them all here. These are a few which are particularly pertinent to ALL businesses.

Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations requires, among other things–

Adequate H&S ‘arrangements’
‘Suitable & sufficient’ risk assessments
Appointment of ‘Competent persons’
Procedures to deal with ‘serious & imminent danger’
